He is the strategic architect of RAVI (Reliability Adjusted Value Insights). While the rest of the industry chases arbitrary "velocity" points, Tom measures reliability and commercial ROI.
However, turnaround strategy without execution is just theory. That is why Tom operates in lockstep with his partner, Andrei Gliga. While Tom commands the Systems Strategy, translating technical debt into boardroom economics and designing the turnaround architecture. Andrei commands the Tech Ops, dropping into the engineering trenches to execute the system on the ground.

Armed with deep technical credibility, Andrei specializes in radical noise reduction. He drops into chaotic scale-ups to kill useless meetings, slash parallel initiatives, and aggressively limit Work-In-Progress (WIP) to clear a path for focused execution.
Having scaled delivery across 35+ teams on three continents, and consistently driving 30% faster time-to-market, Andrei is the operational engine behind the RAVI framework. Where Tom architects the structural turnaround, Andrei wins the hearts and minds on the engineering floor, translating executive strategy into a living, breathing delivery rhythm.
